Stay Guide
A short public guide for guests planning a stay at CLA-CHIC. Detailed self check-in instructions, house access information, and any arrival-specific notes are shared after booking.
1. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- If you need early luggage support or have a special arrival time, please contact the host in advance through your booking channel.
- Detailed arrival instructions are sent after your reservation is confirmed.
2. House etiquette
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- Please keep noise low after 11:00 PM.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Please leave the house locked when going out or checking out.
3. Kitchen, bath, and shared use
- Please wash dishes and return utensils after use.
- Please use appliances with care and avoid running several high-power devices at the same time.
- Used towels and linens should be placed in the designated laundry basket before departure.
- Please use the shower and bathroom considerately, especially late at night.
4. Parking and neighborhood
- Two on-site parking spaces are available for compact to standard-size vehicles.
- Matsumoto Castle is about 15 minutes away on foot.
- Kitamatsumoto Station is about 13 minutes away on foot, making day trips and early departures practical.
- Popular outings from Matsumoto include Kamikochi, Narai-juku, Azumino, and Asama Onsen.
5. Garbage and safety
- Please follow the in-house garbage separation instructions during your stay.
- If you are unsure how to dispose of something, contact the host rather than leaving mixed waste.
- Emergency exits and basic safety information are shown inside the house.
